  • Unlimited remote IT support from our helpdesk
  • Accountability – all jobs logged and managed via ticketing system, with monthly reporting
  • Twice yearly IT strategy and review meetings / calls
  • 1 Managed Mobile Phone/ Tablet via MDM

 

Security

  • Endpoint anti-virus protection for all computers
  • DNS Filtering – protects against rogue browsing & malware
  • Spam Filtering – enhanced protection against phishing and spam mails
  • Dark Web Monitoring – we monitor the dark web for your company details which may be for sale and advise you if they are found so we can change them and keep you safe

 

Continuity

  • Management of existing backups on servers (USB/Tape/Cloud), monitor and remediate backup failures
  • E-mail & Sharepoint backup – Daily snapshots of Office 365 or Gsuite – including e-mails and documents

Take control of IT spending with remote helpdesk and a bank of time for on-site use, plus a comprehensive security offering.

What's Included?

Service 

  • Management of all patching for desktops, laptops, servers and network devices
  • Unlimited remote IT support from our helpdesk
  • Accountability – all jobs logged and managed via ticketing system, with monthly reporting
  • Quarterly IT strategy and review meetings / calls
  • On-site time – monthly block of hours to use for on-site support, in-hours adds/moves/changes or workshop work. 0.25 hours per user, per month
  • 1 Managed Mobile Phone/ Tablet via MDM

Security

  • Endpoint anti-virus protection for all computers
  • EDR technology – an addition to antivirus that stops any unknown files running, effectively stopping the chance of you getting a virus through normal means
  • DNS Filtering – protects against rogue browsing & malware
  • Spam Filtering – enhanced protection against phishing and spam mails
  • Dark Web Monitoring – we monitor the dark web for your company details which may be for sale and advise you if they are found so we can change them and keep you safe

Our Managed Employee Approach

Companies have a lot to manage is a post pandemic world, employees don’t just work in the office anymore, IT solutions need to be flexible and wide reaching. 

Our three levels of support give you the flexibility and reliability of a fully outsourced support ptrogram.

Consulting

Taking a deep dive into your company, finding out the business processes, support systems in places and learning about department functions and responsibilities.

Planning

After consultation has finished, we will meet with department heads and agree workflows and proecrures as well as plan the rollout for any software used to support employees.

Implementation

Once a timeline has been agreed, we will start the implementation any supporting software such as RMM agents, AntiVirus as well as Email Spam Filtering.

Support contract go live

After everything has been installed , configured and work processes communicated, staff will received a ‘how to guide’ and access to our helpdesk, we’ll now be their point of call for all things IT.
